Grand Canyon came and install our new a/c about year and half ago and since then we had them service the a/c unit 3 times and replace our hot water heater. The team are great to work with and very professional and would recommend them to anyone that needs service done on a/c, hot water heater and what every else electrical that needs done around the house.

Great customer service and such nice employees it makes it a pleasure to give them business. They call and remind you twice a year to set up maintenance which is really helpful. The yearly maintenance is so affordable. Our Technician found a part that needed to be repaired and it was under our warranty. I would highly recommend them.

As always Todd and Grand Canyon Services pulled thru again. I called at 730 am. And we had hot water 6 hrs later. No need to call any body else for plumbing heating and AC service

I needed an AC tech out right away due to a leaking AC unit (on roof) causing damage to the interior. Within a couple of hours, someone was at my house to assess my problem and fixed it on the spot without trying to scare me into buying a whole new AC unit. The technician was very polite, respectful, friendly and professional. The company called me the bext day to see how well my needs were met (excellently). They also sent me a thank-you card and seemed so appreciative to have had the opportunity to assist in solving my AC unit problems. I've used Grand Canyon AC for a couple of years. I don't think you'll find a better or more reliable AC company. They are always on time and their technicians explain everything to you in as much detail as you want. They never act like they are in a rush to get to their next appointment. I highly recommend Grand Canyon.

I would recommend this company, I called to schedule someone to come look at my system in June 2018 and they were here in under an hour. Nick was great! He took the time to clearly explain the problem, talked to me about my options, and had my AC working again in a short time! Great customer service from the first call, to the floor protection footwear while walking in my home!
