Great experience with GCHS! My technician, Todd, was on time. He was courteous and professional. Todd wore shoe covers to help keep my house clean. He explained his recommendations for future service, and I received a detailed electronic invoice via email. These guys are great! Would recommend them to my friends and family.

If I could give this company a 10 star review I would; Grand Canyon Home Services really care about their customers. Their customer service is excellent, and their AC technicians are courteous and professional. This company went above and beyond to take care of my mothers air conditioning needs. I highly recommend Grand Canyon Home Services.

This is my second time using Grand Canyon and they only have gotten better with time! They sent me a text message and phone call when my tech was on his way. He even wore shoe shocks on my carpet. Very friendly did a great job. My ac is working better than before. Great company and will use again and again. You should too!

I have to say I am so pleased with Grand Canyon Air Conditioning, Heating & Solar. I sent an email very early in the morning (like 6am) to see if we could get someone out to fix our A/C unit that broke the night before. We used them for a big fix last year despite being out of their service area. Since we used them previously, I thought it would only be fair to reach out to them again for the first opportunity to service our unit. I got a reply email within an hour (or less) and then a follow-up call when he made it into the office. They sent someone out within a few hours. The gentleman that serviced our unit (Eric, I believe) was friendly and great about explaining what he discovered the problem to be. He fixed the unit and as he left I said, "Thank you so much for coming out to see us despite being outside of your service area". His response really said so much more- "Hey you're part of the family now!". Grand Canyon Air & Conditioning has been a great company to work with since day one! Thank you for your excellent customer service!!!

We had our home serviced with Grand Canyon. The tech was very friendly and well mannered explained the issue and took care of the problem very quickly. We also opted to have them do maintenance because of the positive experience. All around we were very happy.

Todd P was very professional and thorough. He answered my questions and let me know what was going on in my attic and my A/C units without trying to upsell me other services. He was honest about what problems were coming up with my units without making me feel like I had to spend a lot of money right this minute. The fact that Grand Canyon Home Services doesn't send out technicians that work on commission makes the experience less stressful because you don't feel like you're getting hustled to spend a lot of money on unnecessary parts and repairs. I will always come back to Grand Canyon Home Services for my A/C needs.

They were quick to get back to me, verified the costs of everything before doing the work, and communicated after it was finished. I appreciated the level of communication.

RECOMMEND!! I had this company out for a tune up today and I had a great experience. The technician called to let me know he was on his way and when he arrived he was very polite and informative! I have had bad experiences with HVAC companies but this was by far the most professional company I've had out to my house. "Eric" showed me ways to save money on my utility bills and ways to get the most life out of my equipment. He also recommended I signed up for there bi-annual maintenance plan, but did not pressure me into anything. I'm happy I made the call and would definitely recommend there services.
