The Co was terrific. I called first thing in AM. Scheduler was very polite and fit me in-told me the time window. Co texted me when Tech was on the way. He arrived earlier than window quoted. Todd, the Tech was very clean, wore shoe covers thru the house, & professional. Price came in lower than I expected. Fixed the unit, told me what to expect given the heat. Let's face it - in these types of industries, you never know what you're getting. This Co and Tech exceeded my expectations. One of the best experiences I've ever had with a service contractor. Then, Co followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Don't bother calling anyone else but these guys - seriously!

Mike, the HVAC technician, was on time, polite, and competent.

Got Heat? I'm pretty simple - I need a guy to come address the system where the blower kicks on but no heat. GC responded quickly to my request, sent out a tech (Kyle, I think), arrived on time and most importantly, solved the issue. Beyond that, cleaned-up and even addressed two other issues. I'd recommend them and will most certainly use them in the future.

Scheduling appointment was easy with very friendly staff. Technicians are trained on equipment and truthful in diagnosing and remedying. Very happy and glad we switched to them for our AC needs.

Really impressed by Darren and how he setup a clean area outside the front door and had a separate pair of shoes for inside the house.
He was professional and kept me informed of what he was doing through out the process of evaluating my gas fireplace.
