I had two toilets rebuilt by Ryan. The whole experience from scheduling appt to completion was very professional and prompt. They follow up with a reminder and text you when they are on their way. After completion of service they follow up to check on customer's satisfaction. Ryan arrived and was pleasant, prepared, professional and obviously knowledgeable. He looked at the project and went over what services would be done and the cost. How refreshing to have everything clearly explained and the cost involved so you know what you can expect without any surprises. He was organized and worked efficiently without leaving a mess. I would have absolutely have no hesitation recommending Ryan and King Charles and will definitely use them for any plumbing or air conditioning issues I have in the future.

Ryan and crew performed preventative maintenance on my water heater. They arrived on time, and replaced the anode quickly. They also gave the water heater a general check over. Their price was reasonable and they were very professional. I will use them again.

Ryan and his crew did an incredible job, installing two 5 ton units at my residence. The job was completed in one day. I will be recommending and using King Charles in the future.

Ryan was the technician that came to my house and put together quotes for us. He was quick, responsive, and went back to get additional information when requested. However, we wanted a specific product and were unable to get it through King Charles. Ryan tried, though. We went with a different company for that reason only. King Charles' quote came in the lowest and they were the most responsive. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend to my friends.

Replaced cartridges on vanity faucet. Worker was competent, punctual and courteous. Received pics of the work along with the invoice which was very helpful. Price was competitive.

They also did water heater maintenance. Ryan was courteous, friendly, professional, and not pushy. He explained everything thoroughly, and let us make the decisions. We are very happy and will have him back on a regular basis.

Ryan installed new water softener and reverse osmosis system. He was personable and highly efficient. His prices were competitive and his commitment to customer service was considerable. He's a driven young guy trying to build a business the old fashioned way by just doing good work.

Ryan, with King Charles Plumbing, showed up on time to replace our kitchen sink faucet and water shut-off valves. After completing the job, he went through multiple checks to be sure there were no leaks and the faucet worked as indicated by the manufacturer. Ryan didn't try to up-sell us, cut corners on craftmanship, or make up an issue with our plumbing system like many plumbers I've experienced in the past have done. Not to mention, King Charles Plumbing is reasonably priced. So, not only will you receive quality workmanship, but you won't be hurt in your pocketbook.

We have been Trilogy residents for 5 years and have tried several companies for our HVAC needs. It seemed that everyone was trying to upsell including the system was installed incorrectly. Being self employed in my life it was great to work with Ryan the owner/operator. Ryan arrived on time as scheduled and provided full service at a fair & reasonable price. He will be back next week to handle some plumbing preventative maintenance.
