Installed 1.5 ton (18,000 Btu) mini-split HVAC in my garage. Got 5 bids, King Charles beat them all up front. Best warranty as well - 10 years.
Other companies as well as King Charles came highly rated. Price was a factor but I was convinced Ryan knew his business.

Ryan has done several plumbing repairs for us. He is polite, on-time, professional and always calls me very quickly. I can’t say enough good!

Had RO Filters replaced and Ryan even installed a water leak alert device. I had bought a under counter rubber tray to protect the bottom and Ryan was nice enough to put that in for me under RO system. Highly recommend King Charles Plumbing

Replaced old water heater. Same day service. The person that performed the work ( sorry forgot the name) was professional and friendly. The quote I received was accurate. Had a mini-split installed in the garage. Great company to work with.

Needed leak detection due to home inspection findings. Contacted Ryan who let us know when he was on his way and arrived promptly on time. Checked on our water feed meter, explained to us what the meter should be displaying if there is a leak. Observed it for some time concluding that there is no leak. Fee for the visit and findings very reasonable. Will call King Charles again if needed.

Ryan showed up on time, and proceeded to do all the work that was expected. He did not try to upsell any of the services. He explained clearly what he did and charged fairly for them. I was very pleased with the experience.
