I needed to stop a leak in my master shower and install a new showerhead. King Charles did both with the utmost professionalism and kindness. He was punctual and very informative so I understood what was needed to fix the repair and the cost associated with it. It's always great knowing a plumber you can trust and so I will be using King Charles in the future and would recommend others do as well.

I called to see if they had availability to fix my AC at 4pm. They were able to book me for the same day and I had a worker at my house by 5:02. Ryan Pinney was the worker and he was very professional and explained everything very well. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was done the same day - including leaving to go get supplies and returning in an hour despite it being late.
AC is working great now! Very impressed with the service I received and will be using King Charles again.

Ryan installed a new water softener for me. My only disappointment is there is no military or senior discount.

Removed hose nozzle on bk faucet that was corroded and I couldnt remove ,- Ryan did 4 me at no chrg
