The scheduler was pleasant and set up an appointment date to accommodate my deadline. Garrett Nelson arrived on time, did a thorough review of the area needing modifications, and patiently explained possible options to me, including reasons for the options. After reviewing the estimate Garrett prepared, I felt comfortable with my understanding of the situation and my decision to schedule the job with Canyon State with Garrett performing the work.

We are very happy that we found Canyon State. We had an emergency during the summer with our A/C and even though it was a weekend and they were swamped Eric made time for us. He is very professional and knows his trade. He didn’t beat around the bush or blow smoke. He told us what we we needed and nothing more. We also love that he is a Marine.

Needless to say, we are no longer stressed about finding an a/c and heater company. Thanks Eric.

Canyon State sent a tech over within a half hour of calling them. The tech, Deon, was awesome! He was extremely friendly, yet professional. He worked fast and efficiently, and within an hour our AC was back on. Seriously…thumbs up to Deon and Canyon State.

Praise to Sam Enlow for being ahead of schedule, professional, efficient and knowledgable. Called Canyon State in the morning and they were able to accommodate me the same day, and Sam showed up 3 hours after my initial call. Sam efficiently diagnosed the problem by replacing fuse as my AC was not cooling. Also got signed up for Comfort Plan, which give me piece of mind for any figure maintenance and repair needs. Thank you Sam and Canyon State for the second to none service.

The guys at canyon State treated me and my elderly mother amazingly! They were beyond kind, professional, thorough,understanding and just overall absolutely nothing short of amazing!! I would like to personally think Aaron, Joseph, Dylan, Kerry, and Nathan! Nathan gave us an outstanding deal! They diagnosed a pre-existing issue, installed two new AC and heating systems on my home in two days, made sure all the duct work was resealed and hooked up properly, And most of all the answered every question that I had and never made me feel silly or annoying. Haha

Great experience from the Comfort Advisor Mark who walk me through the process of getting and making the right decision, to the installers Jesse, Antonio, Edgar, and Matt who represented a true team effort in the removal of my old units. They showed total care in the new units being installed from start to finish. By having these new units with the technology they carry I needed a follow up service with Dion to help me understand my package. They provided same day service which is a requirement during AZ summers. Pablo was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem. They needed to order a new motor for my Air Conditioner. Since it was going to take 2-3 days to get the part, Pablo installed a used motor to be used until the new one arrived. That is going above and beyond normal service.

I called on a holiday, a real person answered the phone, and they had a technician at my house within 2 hours. The technician, Jesus, quickly determined the issue and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I couldn’t be more satisfied with Canyon State. Completely saved the day for me.

Just have to do a SHOUT-OUT..... Best experience I've had in a very long time. We had a "complete" new system installation with the BEST quotation of five presented. Installation was perfect and the team.... Antonio, Egder, Matt & Eric were simple the BEST. I can't think of anything that could have been better.
