After almost 8 years, they're way overdue for a rave review.

We've been using BFS Home Warranty for 7-8 years now - and it's not only been worth every penny - they've ALWAYS gone "above and beyond" in the way they do business.
1 - They respond immediately (I can't remember when they have ever took longer than a couple of hours to get back to us - even on the hottest day of a holiday weekend
2 - Quality - some problems - they look at and try t fix and just decide to replace a part or even the whole unit. What ever it is, they come in with crisp expertise and competence.
3 - BUT the part that stands out the most is that they are HONEST, they Communicate and TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for getting the job done.
The honesty - particularly from the Owner?/Manager? Leigh Fichter - seems to extend to anyone who comes out to our house.
Not only are they honest - but you can tell that they are there to get the job done right - NOT just to do the minimum requirements and leave.

Over the years, we've had some routine issues, some special problems, and some emergencies (like the AC dying right before a weekend of planned holiday parties in a house filled with guests). They always come through.

So BFS is one of our best investments we've ever made in our home, and we can't say enough good things about this company, their managers and their people.

Praise from Sun City West, AZ: BFS office sent their technician, Mario, to deal with my Refrigerator. This young man did a tremendous job for me. I called the office to let them know how pleased I was the first time he was sent to help me...but I needed to know, for sure, that his superiors got my message...thus this message telling them how well he represented their company

I have been with BFS for about 5 years now for my home appliances and A/C service. They always respond very quickly and have replaced several of my covered appliances and have fixed my A/C on numerous occasions. They are courteous and very good on their repair work.They have saved my money and I trust them fully.

I received prompt (same day) service. Their technicians went over and above to resolve the problem and get my A/C repaired. The manager and Greer were polite, patient and professional. Their clerical staff, is equally polite and friendly. I highly recommend this company.

Only used once 2019 Phoenix AZ. I would stay away and not trust them with your home. (A) They don't cover the price of a GFCI outlet, (B) they have to order this part or make a second trip, (C) they offered to sell me this for 200-400% over retail price. Need I say more? If they are this bad with a $20 component, how do you think it will go with a $1000 issue?

Here is my experience:

Basic Plan member.

Website doesn't pull up contract#, had to call for service request

Reception staff at lunch 12-1pm when tried to call

Phone operators sound hurried, don't ask investgative questions, and don't give prices for anything unless you ask

The service technicians performing electrical service at home resembled more apartment maintenance crew in appearance, professionalism, and communication skills

The quality of work (replace outlets) was about par with medium apartment maintenance crew (crooked, not all screws used, chipped surrounding paint)

My out of pocket price for a component was quoted different across two different calls (eg one said $50, another said $100+)

Service techs asked me to sign work order for work that was not completed.

They wrote down my full credit card# in full on the work order, in pen.

I learned that I didn't have Garage door coverage with my contract. However Lee a very nice man Told me I could hold the garage door button down to force it to close. He then directed me to YouTube where I learned how simple it was to adjust my sensors and the garage door worked. I'd say this is GREAT Customer Service! THANK YOU!!
