This is the 2nd time we have used King Charles Plumbing and he didn’t disappoint. Everything about Ryan, his coworker, his equipment, being on time and keeping you informed through the process was above and beyond. I really can’t say enough good about him and his company. You know he takes pride in what he does.

We had a minor plumbing issue but Ryan responded with great urgency and professionalism. That leads me to believe he truly cares for all customers and not just the "big jobs". As a contractor myself, I appreciate that and also know how rare that is these days. We will be looking to purchase a new AC system soon and he will definitely be hearing from us. Highly recommend King Charles.

I wanted a mini-split ductless air conditioning unit installed in my garage. I have a 20 ft. x 20 ft. garage, so I was advised I would need an 18,000 btu (also known as a 1-1/2 ton) unit. I had four companies come out and give me an on-site inspection. Ryan at King Charles Plumbing and Air Conditioning was recommended to me by a neighbor and I got to see the work Ryan had done for my neighbor, before hiring him. Ryan gave me the best price (by at least $2,000) and a top quality Samsung AC unit. No extra charge for using my credit card. It is covered by a 10 year parts AND labor warranty. It is very quiet yet keeps my garage down to a very comfortable 86 degrees (when it's over 110 degrees outside). Ryan is a one man company, but that means no expensive corporate overhead. He is on time, communicates well, and does a first rate job for quality. I highly recommend him. He has the work ethics that we are all looking for when we hire someone. He is also a certified plumber. When he needs to have electrical work done for the AC unit, he brings along an electrician. No "fly by night" handymen that you can't track down later.

King Charles Plumbing & AC are absolutely fantastic. Owner Ryan and assistant Josh flawlessly installed a 48k grain water softener and my own reverse osmosis (RO) kitchen system. They were right on time (very appreciate that), worked efficiently, clean and are great to speak to. Ryan is incredibly efficient & fast at communicating via voice or email even off hours. That is huge as I was making decisions about my new build home. Ryan even fixed a builder caused problem as the builder had reversed kitchen water lines.
As for the RO system I had purchased on my own, they quickly learned about it and did a professional install as if they supplied it themselves.
I am very impressed with Ryan's technical expertise and prompt service. These days it's hard to find & to me it's THE difference.
I'm picky about who touches the biggest investment in my life, my home. Ryan will also be installing/trenching a soft water line from the water softener to my back yard water feature (AZ has very hard water by default causing heavy scaling). I have 100% confidence he'll do just as great a job on that project.
Get your estimates but I highly recommend Ryan and King Charles Plumbing be one of them. Best of luck on your project.

Very informative on checking every aspect of my HVAC system to make sure everything is in tip top shape and even made suggestions to some things I could add to the system to further make it more safeguarded. They also do plumbing service as well, so my maintenance included performing annual maintenance to our water heater as well.

I had my RO system checked out by King Charles Plumbing and AC, and I was completely satisfied with the work and the professionalism of Ryan. They installed a leak detector value, which is great since my system is older. I will definitely use them again!

Performed annual HVAC service check, replaced Anode rod in hot water tank (a must for this area) and ran a new soft water line for our misting system. Excellent work. Will definitely use them again.

Ryan did a great job replacing the guts of 2 of our toilets & the annual maintenance of our water filter system. I also sign up for his HVAC maintenance service club because of his stellar work.

Ryan installed 4 bathroom and 1 kitchen faucet for us. He did a great job and was competitively priced. Nice guy and we will definitely use him again when the need arises !

Ryan is very professional. He does quality work for a fair price. He is friendly and on time. He changed out a sacrificial anode in my water heater today. He is now my choice for all of my heating, HVAC, and plumbing needs.
