Mike did a great job. The repair was completed in less than an hour and the unit sounds and works great.

I had a broken pipe in the backyard. Justin was very professional, friendly, and thorough. We couldn’t find where the pipe was connected to my house, but he was able to fix the problem.

The techs and installers who came to my home this week were all amazing. They worked hard and were professional. Mike, Nathan, Travis, Gilbert, (and one other person whose name I didn’t catch) were all excellent. I would definitely use this company again.

AAA should be called up to MLB. They put in two units last August. It went down the other day, and they came out and fixed it within 24 hours. It was a simple loose wire that happens sometimes. I just really appreciate the speed in which they came out to repair. I have been very happy with the system they installed.-This is not the same business that helped us out and now they won't follow through.

We selected AAA Cooling Specialists /Plumbing and A/C Medic about 6 years ago when we replaced our original Heat Pump Units. We purchased two Trane Heat Pump Units based on our analysis of the Company and their reputation. Since then we have been very happy with their Home Office Admin people and their technicians. This was recently reinforced by our dealings with Gilbert.
Gilbert was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do, did same and then explained what he found.
Based on our discussion , he also recommended verbally and in writing some additional options we should consider. Gilbert’s professionalism and the excellent communications provided by Carolina again reinforced our original
