I had a hot water heater replaced. Paul was very friendly, professional and flexible. He went to the trouble of calling his manager to get me an extra discount and worked into the evening on a Saturday to pick it up and get it installed. Scheduling and installation was easy and fairly quick.

John came out to give me a second opinion. Had another company out and they wanted to charge me a couple thousand dollars for a repair. John fixed the issue for an awesome price. John was honest and professional! I highly recommend Plumbing Medic and their crew of professionals!

Hired this business because we had a toilet issue. First person they sent did not clear “clog” and told us to bug a new toilet. He used auger and wax met with resistance but then said i will camera the pipes. Nothing found. I called back and requested different person. He was fantastic. Came before doing anything he actually removed toilet. Found plastic that was lodged probably from our cat playing! He saw where the auger broke through the plastic. Had first guy actually removed toilet he would have solved. They did not charge me to correct their first employees work. Respect. Will definitely use if ever needed again!
