Plumbing & A/C Medic

Had a new toilet installed and a valve replaced in the backyard. Devin was polite, professional and courteous. He made the transaction simple and we will definitely be using Plumbing and AC Medic again.

Thought we had a leak in our water heater and they came out to check...all is well. Dispatch listened to my request to have someone come early in the morning before hubby had to leave for work. The company is always accommodating and helpful.

They were all great. Initial system inspection was smooth and easy. The next day I met with the rep to review new AC options. Was very informative and did not do the push to up sell or try and push additional services. Got the quotes the same day via email (appreciated the soft sell). Was the friendliest and lowest quote so I booked to install. Installation guys were on time, great communication, and did not leave until cool air was flowing (there were some complications and they made sure to fix and keep me updated).

Met with Gilbert, Ray, Christian and Nate. All were great, polite, and professional.

Mr.Jovenal was very knowledgeable about the scope of the work proceed to take care of my plumbing problem very fast and efficient cleaned up after the work was completed they keep the customer informed as to what was taking place. Very very clean equipment great people.

The guys were wonderful. The toilets clogged at our business in the afternoon. We called and they had 2 technicians out at the time they quoted. They were efficient and friendly. Saved the day for us!!! Thank you.
