Great technician. Not necessarily on time company said but they changed techs to ensure we recieved service within 3 hours. Hot Temps now and hotter coming and I have air. Thank you!

Blake was very professional & respectful. He thoroughly flushed out & cleaned our RV clean out and even found an issue that we directed to our builder for further investigation and repair. Job well done Blake. You are an asset to this company. Keep up the good work.

Two Water heaters at both my homes and water softener replaced in the last four months. They also repaired some leaking showers and fixed a heater. The service is fast and Devin is amazing. I highly recommend.

Raul and team replaced my water main to street. Tge job got more complicated as the city supply and valves needed replacement as well. This dragged the process out getting the city supply functional before they could complete the job. They went above and beyond waiting after hours and in returning to complete once the city did their connection. They were dedicated, thorough and assured both my water main and sprinkler system were restored and working. A professional and friendly team left me confident and likely to use their services again.

Unfortunately after leaving a 5 star review and being happy with the service for awhile, I had an AC issue and did not get the service expected. It happens. But now, despite canceling, my monthly billing continues. They won’t stop taking my money and they cancelled my service. I’ve called several times but again this morning I get another $35 removed from my account. Called twice and said they were sending me an e-mail confirmation but it’s been hours and nothing. Calling my bank now with a fraud complaint. I don’t need the extra work this is causing and I don’t need my money stolen from me. They have an entire billing department and can’t figure out how to cancel and refund money. Beware if you cancel - watch them! Not honest!

Drew came and installed my new faucet for my kitchen sink and had to replace the couplings because they were 25 years old and corroded. He did a great job and was very efficient. I am so glad to have my sink back in working order.

David went beyond the call of duty in replacing and exchanging our hot water heater with Home Depot. David was just incredible. For this, he and the company get 5 stars plus.

The high pressure of trying to sell different options was not so
good and was very unpleasant. Ended up with I originally wanted
in the first place which was a simple exchange of an under waranty hot water heater with Home Depot.

Justin was awesome. Walked me through every detail. Gave me a ballpark range and then quoted me on the lower end. Fixed the piping and redid some. Idk how they do it. Justin showed up though.

Justin was over at our house today and did a wonderful job doing a water leak inspection on the full house and all receptacles in addition to draining examining and draining our hot water heater. Very knowledgeable and helpful would highly recommend.!

John the repair guy was great. The people in the office were responsive when I called. The only downside was that they could not narrow down the time of arrival so I had to wait all day. Finally arrived at 5:30 and did a nice and quick job on the repair. Would have been better had they been able to provide a 4-hour window for arrival.
