Plumbing & A/C Medic

We had a sewer back-up. We called them almost 2 years before for te same problem. They scheduled m quickly and were there within 2 hours. It seems the same problem was afoot and as they have a 10 year warranty, thy provided a temporary fix for free and will be back Monday to assess if something further needs to be done. Their receptionist was friendly and the guys knowledgable. I highly recommend them.

Response to replace my 15 year old ac was immediate. Requested a new ac on Friday and the new unit was installed on Monday and funtional. Installation was seamless. Team was very professional and completed the task on schedule.

Todays tech was very informative regarding maintenance of my hot water heater. The original tech that installed it was not forth coming about maintenance when I asked question. Carlos, the tech that came today was much better

It was easy to give them a call and they had Mike out at my house the same day. Mike diagnosed the situation quickly and the team was able to get me a new motor quickly. I appreciated that they checked the warranty which saved me thousands. Mike was able to install quickly and got my AC back up and running! The customer service all around is top notch! Great communication on when service will happen. 1000% recommend

Paul was patient and friendly. He answered all my questions and concerns. He worked on different quote options. I decided not to have work completed at this time, but appreciate the company educating me on my choices.

Our heat went out and Gilbert came to our rescue. He quickly diagnosed a leak on our lines. He was able to do the needed repairs to get our building back to heating again. Easy to work with and a great communicator. Will use for all of my hvac needs in the future.

I've had Plumbing Medic to my home twice for different needs. Both times the service person was knowledgeable and thorough in explaining my options. I would use them again.

David was very knowledgeable and recognized the problem pretty quickly. He was also very informative and pleasant. However your customer service dept. did not follow through after several calls to them due to a no-show for the second appointment.
