Plumbing & A/C Medic

I would highly recommend A/C air conditioning. We had a new A/C unit put in and it was installed on a Tuesday and they were at our house for 13 hours. But there was a defective part so they replaced it but the unit still wouldn’t work. They brought us portable units the next day. (Thank goodness) We had great communication with Curt one of the managers and Eric sales rep and all of their air specialists. I want to especially give a shout out to Gilbert and Mike who spent many many hours and days in our attic (also on a Saturday) trying to figure out what was going on. Finally a new part was installed on the Monday and it was successful. Six days of misery on all parts but finally cool bliss right before 109 degrees outside!!

Antonio is great! Explained all steps of the repair, had the part needed explained the reason for the cost of the part. He ensured system was working and made recommendations without pressure for upgrades that would make our system better and when we should consider replacing our older unit. I highly recommend this local company.

I had called a few plumbing companies to get an appointment to get a new toilet installed. Every company I called you had to leave a message for a call back. No real people to talk to, only voice mail. To this day no one has called me back. We saw a "Plumbing and A/C Medic" truck on the road in our area and decided to give them a call. Low and behold a real live person answered the phone. They were able to get someone out that very afternoon to install our toilet. Justin came in about 4 hours after my initial call in the morning. We are very happy with Justin and his friendly and professional manner. We are impressed with the quick response time.

These guys are fantastic! A family run company with great employees who take pride in what they do. Had a water pressure regulator, garbage disposal, water softener, hot water tank, & many other items related to the water heater replaced & the price was competitive with other companies. They offered me a military discount for my husbands service. They even hit a snag along the way with the fire system being too close to my water heater and they without second thought sprung into action to have the issue immediately resolved. They’re stand up guys and they did a fantastic job. Will definitely be using them for any future services and recommending to everyone I know. 😊

Mike Miller was great, very helpful and responsive. I originally had an issue because this Lennox A/C has had many problems since it was installed 4 years ago. The A/C went out again and it needed a part which Plumbing Medic did not have in stock. Their first repairman said he didn't know how long it would take to get the part and he had to leave for his next job because Lennox wasn't answering their phone. Lennox was initially non-responsive, but after I talked with Plumbing Medic and explained the situation, they ordered the part overnight and Mike Miller installed it quickly the next day. Mike Miller was awesome and I really appreciate his work.

Adrian was great! Service was phenomenal and honest. He’s very personable and highly recommend him personally. I have been very happy with Plumbing & A/C Medic overall. I have used them for both services and will continue to do so!

Awesome company!! I had a bathroom plumbing problem. They answered the phone right away (no sitting on hold,) were friendly and had someone at my home within three hours. Miguel is the nicest young man! Polite, respectful and professional. He unclogged my drains and found the cause of the problem. Looking forward of doing future business with this family owned company.

Gilbert was awesome! I originally called Mike and he made sure to get someone on call out to us as soon as possible. Gilbert was professional and beyond helpful!

Our water heater died and Adrian came and quickly diagnosed that the thermostat was shot. He listed our options and pros and cons of each. He did great work. Was quick and cleaned up after himself. He was very friendly and professional. If we could request a plumber for our next service call with Plumbing & A/C Medic, I would request Adrian.

Paul was our plumber today and was fantastic. I highly recommend and hope the next time we have plumbing issues he is able to help us out again. He was very knowledgeable, able to explain why our problems occurred and addressed it all in one day. Thank you Paul for your help, it is very much appreciated and thank you plumbing and A/C medic!
