Contacted plumbing/ a/c medic for a quote along with several other company's. Eric came out for the quote. He was very knowledgeable and gave a reasonable quote for both my units as the old one was over 15 years old. Anyway they were middle of the road on estimate but the knowledge and professionalism sold me. The following day they sent Chris, nate,Darryl, to remove and replace my units after a few hours chris brown, thomas,Travis showed up to help. These guys busted it big time and got both units out and new installed. The new smaller unit the got working right a way. The bigger unit had a problem. The company sent John out the next day and he got the part and fixed the problem. This company did everything to fix the issue. I recommend these guys highly.

We used Plumbing & A/C Medic to clear and repair a damaged sewer line. We can't say enough good things about this company. They were able to perform the work quickly and professionally at less than half the cost quoted by another plumbing company. DeVante and Miguel took the lead on the project and did an outstanding job. The entire work crew was very polite and professional. They completed the work on time and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards including mopping our floor. We will definitely call them back should we need a plumbing company again.

They came out in about 4½ hours after a Saturday call due to sewer backup into house. Tech was professional. He could only snake the sewer line about halfway which at least allowed sewage to drain from toilets, shower and tub. Tech and field supervisor arrived Monday with a hydro jet and camera. Hydrojet cleared to sewer main city hookup. Showed us an area they were certain were cracks in our line.
We contacted 3 other companies to get other bids. Two did not check the line themselves. Third plumber put his camera down and could not find a Crack anywhere. He put down 2 more times so both myself and husband could see. We finally found an honest plumber. And will never recommend Plumbing Medic.

Gilbert was very thorough and explained everything clearly to us. Also, our dog Tucker loved him! Very glad we discovered Plumbing Medic a few years ago. We've always been happy with their service and the techs.

Edwin was very knowledgeable and great to work with. We had a drain issue and he inspected our home and got us a quote same day. We will be using Plumbing Medic for all our plumbing needs moving forward.

My regular plumber got sick, and I had to call Plumbing Medics at the last minute. I was very nervous to call someone else because I was afraid that once they got here they would try to start tacking on extra charges. But Plumbing Medics performed as promised. Even though they had to go on the roof to clear our clog there was no up charge. They said $49 for service call and $64 to clear the drain, and that is what we paid. Miguel was very thorough and professional

Had a great experience using Plumbing & A/C Medic. I had a backed up kitchen sink resulting from a clogged sewer line underground. I called them to clear it and they arrived the next morning. Henry, the tech, was super professional & friendly, answered all my questions, and was very knowledgeable. Overall a pleasurable experience. I plan to use them in the future for any Plumbing & A/C needs.
