My AC stopped. I called AAA. I wasn’t a customer yet they showed up within hours. Gilbert professionally explained my 3 options. I went for adding freon to my system. Next day I had Mike out to go over everything and give me a quote. My system stopped working in about 5 days. I got back in touch with Mike and he had a new system installed within 48 hours. My installers worked in 106 degree heat and worked efficiently and very professional. A 12 hour hour job and they left my home spotless and cool. I am very happy with my entire experience with AAA. All involved truly made me trust I was in good hands. I highly recommend this company. A big thank you to Travis and Chris who really worked hard on my system today.

I’m usually not one to leave reviews. Prior to calling, “AAA Cooling,” I noticed how many “5 Stars,” they had. My AC wasn’t working. I figured this was going to be an expensive endeavor as I had multiple issues with my AC. On my own, I had already replaced a hard-wired digital thermostat (expensive mistake). My AC still wasn’t working. I knew it would be a complex issue as my AC runs on a digital platform and I have multiple AC units with multiple digital thermostats. The technician came out fast and on time. On the original visit, the technician had fixed the problem. Unfortunately, the next day my AC wasn’t running. For a second time, the technician returned to the house, determined the secondary problem and fixed the AC. The secondary problem was related to the original problem but was impossible to detect on the first visit. The first day they came out, fixed the problem and charged me a fraction of what I thought it was going to cost. The second day, they came out and fixed the remaining items for free. It wasn’t their fault the issues weren’t fixed the first day, yet they didn’t charge me for the second day! I’m always somewhat skeptical of “AC companies, automobile garages, IT companies, etc,” because I really have no idea if they’re being honest or not. I can tell you “AAA Cooling,” is an extremely honest HVAC company that will not BS you or overcharge you! I am extremely impressed!

We needed water heater and water treatment system. It was in the next day. Excellent folks to work with. We will never use any other service.

Replaced mainline water valve. The serviceman, Paul, was the best. Knew his business, was efficient, and very helpful.
