I have used Plumbing Medic LLC and Plumbing & AC Medic on several occasions. They are very professional and are genuinely committed to customer satisfaction. They have installed four HVAC units, two water heaters, and a kitchen sink. They have also replaced all stopcocks, and re-piped a casita bathroom after an under-slab leak. I have used them repeatedly, as they have provided good customer service.

David replaced the valve that controls whether the unit cools or heats. Complex process that requires a tear down of most the unit. Worked hard nearly all day to get it completed. Kept us informed along the way. Now have our heat back and grateful for David’s professional demeanor and service.

I really don't know this company yet, I haven't had them do any work besides 2 inspections on my water heater, so I can't judge them yet. Thank you

AC only blowing how air. David was able to figure out it was the thermostat, not the entire unit causing problems. He was very respectful and helpful. Showed me what was wrong and explained things well.

Carlos replaced water softener. As usual, he was very helpful and a lot of fun. Explained what he did in detail. Worked quickly and professionally.

Paul and Edwin were very detail on finding the issue in our plumbing and provided with multiple solutions and clear quotes o the pricing and the steps to complete the project.

I'm just so appreciative of how fast they come out. They guarantee their work. Everything is fixed and it's reasonably priced. I have nothing poor to say about them. They're the only company I use.

Installed water softener. The tech Paul was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Office staff was attentive and had very good customer service skills.
