Our A/C broke down yesterday evening (in July, of course!), and Mike was able to come out this morning and fix it! So pleased with the service and timeliness, highly recommend!

Chris was such a nice guy! He let me know what all he did to my A/C unit to get it ready and prepped for this summer. He took the time with me and made sure I understood what maintenance he did and asked if I had any questions. He was very easy to talk to.

We had what we thought was a leak in our office restroom, so we called Plumbing &AC Medic to come out. Todd was our tech, he was very professional, checked everything , and was honest , got 2nd opinion from his supervisor and suggested before we tear up the floor for us to wait to see if anything more happened as he tested everything and couldn't recreate the leak anywhere. Very professional and knowledgeable. So far so good!

Good experience overall. Minor issues with color of installed equipment- offered to replace but chose not to. Work done timely and as promised. Would use again. Reasonable cost. AC - mild inconvenience with crossed wires - corrected quickly. No lingering issues.

This is the second time that we have used Plumbing and A/C Medic for a plumbing problem and we were very pleased with our service. Unfortunately, we had a very urgent problem with our plumbing on a weekend and we used their emergency service since most plumbers couldn't be dispatched until the work week. Paul Zuniga arrived quickly, was kind and respectful, professional, and gave our issue his best effort even though it was late at night. He didn't rush the diagnosis and did a great job documenting things for us and answered our questions. Then the company helped us navigate all of the other parties involved to remediate our problem. We're still currently in this process of remediating our water problem (plumbing leak that caused extensive damage) but we have been very pleased thus far.

When I purchased a whole home soft water system from Home Depot this was the only company willing to install a system not purchased directly through them. They called me to remind me of my need to change the filter. Paul Zuniga accommodated my schedule, arrived within the 2 hour window, assessed my needs and ordered the special order filter from Home Depot. Paul returned the following morning to install the special part.

We thought we heard a sound coming from our brand new ac unit and when we called and Chris B. was able to come out within hours. Normally, I don’t go out of my way to write reviews but every experience we’ve had with this company has been exceptional.

It ended up being a silly issue where we improperly installed our filter and it was making crazy noises, but Chris spent his time inspecting the ducts, the unit, our vents. Literally everything to make sure there were no additional issues. Most people would have just tried to resolve and leave within 5 minutes. But many thanks for Chris for being a quality, caring person who really helped us out.

Plumbing and A Services hired the nicest people! Everyone we deal with is knowledgeable, professional and efficient. They communicate regularly so you know when they’re coming. Always very polite. Today Chris Brown went above and beyond to answer my questions and and also to do what he came to do.

We had plumbing issues and the company sent a technician out the very next day. They confirmed the appointment via phone and text and even allowed us to make a last minute scheduling change.

Our tech Carlos was very friendly and was able to address the problems efficiently and effectively. The repair required him to go to the store to replace a broken piece but still completed the project in a timely fashion. He did a great job.
