I feel so fortunate to have met these two wonderful technicians - Diego Rodriguez and Dylan Timm. They not only quickly assessed the plumbing problem, but had it taken care of before I even realized it. They are not only sensitive to your customer's needs, but have you smiling all the while they're here. I will always call to personally request them, and want to thank Collins for this experience. Chris did a great job but what really stood out was that the repair order was wrong and he discovered it a couple of days later and came back out on his own time on a Sunday and replaced the supply lines with the correct stainless ones. Great integrity!!

The first company our Home Warranty suggested couldn't come out until next week to fix a broken AC unit. We had temperatures of 90+.

I just had a shower and toilet repair done by Eric at Collins. He diagnosed the problems and knew what needed to be done. He finished what he could, but had to return the next day with a part. He came at the time that he said he would come, and he let me know when he was on his way. It's great to have things working properly! Thanks Collins!

We had a leak behind our guest toilet so I called ONE GUARD, who contacted Collins right after I called. They called me within the hour and made the appt. Gerardo came within the appt. time and right away assessed the problem, got the part and it was fixed in no time. On top of that, we had glass tile installed around the part that had to be removed and no tiles were damaged. Great work in record time Thanks

Would highly recommend Collins Commercial Services! The plumber who came to our house is named Eric, and is the first plumber we've ever had that actually took time to explain what was happening, what needed to be done by him, and what we can do in the future to help it from occuring again. We have had 4 different plumbing services and they all gave me the impression that they were handymen, and not plumbers.

We utilize OneGuard for our Home Warranty Service and had a need after discovering a hot water heater leak. The technician, Russell came out and diagnosed the issue and began the service work to replace the old unit. The work was completed in 2 hours. Russell was informative, friendly, and I feel confident that the service provided was top notch!
