They performed our annual maintenance on our heating system. The exceptional service was due to the technician’s ability to explain a particularly persistent problem we have been having that no previous service could diagnose. He also told us how to deal with it and if that stops working what to do next!

Eric was great. He showed up on time, actually called my home warranty to make sure the issue was covered, and then got right to work. Eric fixed the problem in about 15 minutes and did an outstanding job. He even upgraded my shut off valve. Great service and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

On 2 separate service requests to our home, one of their techs Eric Bruzelius changed our faucet and repaired one. On both occasions he was on time and performed the work quickly and accurately. Scheduling and payment was also easy. I have no reservation recommending Collins!!

I will definitely use again. My dealings w/ Brian Heavlin were very productive as my project was no "walk in the park." I had what appeared to be an easy fix until my gas line connecting to my fire pit posed extenuating problems. Brian looked at all contingencies and one of his options worked. Spent hundreds when it could of cost me thousands. They stayed until the job was finished and up to my specs. I will call Collins Commerical Services for future concerns b/c they "talk the talk and walk the walk."

Collins Commercial is a top-notch company. By far, the best plumbers we have ever used. We have used Collins multiple times in our home for plumbing issues. Most recently we had them out to diagnose and fix a water leak in our kitchen. Collins got me scheduled for a same-day appointment. Justin and Lewis came out on time, quickly got to work, figured out the issue and fixed it. Every Collins crew we have had in our home has come looking professional, they always use boot covers and gloves. They also clean up and put everything back the way they found it. We will never use anyone else.

Don't let the 'commercial' in their name scare you they do residential, also! Prompt and efficient.

I had a service call through my home warrantee for Collins Commercial Services to come and take care of a leaking shower and a slow flushing toilet. Eric was the service tech and he was great. Very professional and he fixed everything quickly and I now don't have a wet shower all day anymore. He also took time to talk to my dog ( who loved him by the way) and gave her a pet. I would definitely use Collins Commercial Services again.

I have had great experience over the years as Collins Commercial Services has done work for my home warranty program. This was my first experience with calling them direct. My water heater was about to die and I had house guests. The front end customer service - particulaly the ability to answer questions about water heaters was excellent.

Plumber - Eric - called me as he was picking up parts to confirm our appointment - arrived within 5 minutes of the appointed time and got to work. He was clean, professional, knew what he was doing and i felt completely comfortable letting him operate - the work appears to have been well done. I was working from home and he did not disturb at all.

He showed me the controls and paper work - I understood all. I would use Collins again and would definitely ask for Eric.

Diego Rodriguez came from Collins Commercial Services to help with repair on our kitchen disposal as well as the vacuum breaker outside on our faucet. He did a great job at fixing both issues and instructed me on ways that I could prevent the problems in the future! I am incredibly grateful for his assistance!! Great, knowledgable and personable business man!

Eric came to our home to repair a leaky toilet. He was prompt, efficient and repaired the problem very quickly. He informed me of the issue, identified the required repair and got the job done. Best of all, it was covered by our home warranty! We would definitely use this company again.
