Larson Air Conditioning

We just used Larson AC to upgrade our HVAC system to a brand new Bosch IDP Packaged Heat Pump and had a great experience. We were first introduced to Ish who came out for the initial consultation and were appreciative of both his knowledge and patience while answering all of our questions, and let me tell you, we had a ton of questions. Fast forward to install day and he came back out again to explain everything we discussed to the install team which we greatly appreciated because we knew all of our concerns would be addressed. The install team of Mike, Zach, and Brandon did a fantastic job. Not only did they get the job done in an efficient manner, they were extremely respectful of our home and space throughout the day. All three of them were professional and courteous and we felt like we were in good hands the entire day. We couldn't be happier with the service we received from Larson and would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work done.

I had Larson replace my old AC a few years back. I was very happy.

Recently, a different company which I used at a different property called to offer a "well check" deal on this unit. I went for it.

Now, 8 weeks later, the unit failed. I figured it was a simple capacitor failure. Did that other company stand behind their well check? Nope. Did they offer a discount rate for follow up? Nope. Will they get future business or a referral? Nope.

I called Larson this morning and the tech was here this afternoon within the promised hours and having called, emailed and sent an "on the way" text.

Capacitors don't cost much if you do the job yourself and know what you're doing! Of corse that means you're the one on your roof. Larson wasn't inexpensive. But, the job is done and was done quickly, cleanly and professionally. Plus there's a one year service warranty.

Next time I won't make the same mistake.

Our aircon unit needed the be replaced. We were going out of town in 2 days. Larson came in and replaced everything in 1 day. Really grateful for the fast.service! Mike and Zack did a good job on that 90+ F day!

Larson's team is amazing! They walked me through every step of having one a/c fixed and the other two replaced- they even sent emails ahead of time so I would know who to expect! They worked hard and truly went the extra mile and showed me how to work the new thermostats, change filters,etc. Thank you Caleb, Zack, Mike, and Dawson!

First of all. I have to say Octavio is a first rate professional. Very helpful, knowledgeable and I will ask for him every time I call Larson. He was extremely thorough and a heck of a nice guy. Communication with me was excellent. After a review of my old system, it was determined that I needed a full AC replacement. Kyle and Dawson installed our AC splitter unit in the sunroom and we couldn’t be happier. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fair price and quality install.

This is the first time I have used Larson and it was a great experience! Octavio was incredibly professional and did a great job. I appreciate that he took the time to go over my entire system with me including pictures and actually explained what everything is and why it is important in terms I was able to understand. There were a few minor things he needed to do beyond the regular maintenance but I felt confident they were needed and seemed to be of good value.

Sam takes time to explain why certain repairs are needed. It helps to justify the costs that come with my a/c. I’ve had other companies show up with inexperienced technicians which delays the repairs needed, costing me time and money. So far so good choosing Larson to take care of my family!
