Called my home warranty service company and they sent out Collins for plumbing repairs. Had to call them back for some adjustments and was worried about the follow up. Wo# 146996. Gerardo was efficient, effective, responsive and knowledgeable on every occasion. He replaced my kitchen and bathroom sinks, fix heating/ cooling issue with a shower and also unclogged a pipe that took me hours to try to figure out in a couple minutes. He did all of that and did not make a bit of a mess! I ask for him every time I have any plumbing issues and would recommend Collins cs to any one.

Gerardo arrived within the specified time range, was respectful of me and my home and got the job done well and quickly. He even had to go out to buy a replacement toilet tank and was very efficient. Chris replaced a cartridge on a custom faucet for me through One Guard. He was honest and hard working. Took the time to find this custom cartridge by visiting several distribution locations. Would recommend these guys because they are honest which is hard to find in today's warranty market.

Technician Chris Parker called to give me his arrival time, showed up at that time. He was dressed appropriately for a professional plumber. He reviewed and explained everything he had to do and kept me informed as work progressed. He did a quality check when completed and cleaned up his work area. Your service man Eric came to my house, he was scheduled to arrive between 1 and 5, he arrived at around 2:30 he was polite and courteous and did a speedy and well done job getting the issue repaired. Our left side sink was backing up when we ran the garage disposal located in the right had sink. Brain came out, evaluated the issue and resolved the problem in about 30 minutes or so. We was very professional and efficient. Would definitely use Collins again.
