Great service from Brian! I used my home warranty company and they sent out a company that couldn't get the job done, which was a simple washer drain clog. I called them and asked them to send a different company and they sent Collins. Brian came and my drain was fixed in 15 minutes. Great friendly service by someone who obviously knows what he's doing. I was referred to Collin Commercial by my home warranty company. Happily they are terrific!! Eric showed up right on time and showed me the issue that needed the repair. He was polite and did a terrific job! And when finished left the area nice and neat!! I would highly recommend them to my clients and family.

Eric came out and was very professional. He was able to pull our toilet, fix everything and get it put back together in under an hour. We will use them again for any future issues.

Brian H. came out to my rental property to replace my broken angle stop behind the fridge as well as fixing a running toilet He was on time, professional, friendly and performed the work as expected. I thought the valve and the toilet was needing to be replaced, but he explained it was just the chain on the handle that was too tight. I appreciate there was no upsell on replacing something that didn't need to be replaced. I would definetly recommend Brian H. and Collins Commercial Services for my residential plumbing needs.

Extremely pleased. It was our annual heater check up. The technician was on time, professional and thorough. He explained things clearly and left us understanding more about our system. It was a seamless experience.

We have been using Collins commercial services for a few years for our AC /heater seasonal tuneups. It makes us feel confident when we see the same technicians service our home season after season. When you call to schedule your appt they attempt to schedule you with a technician that is familiar with your home, for continuity of services. We just had Gabriel perform our winter heater system tuneup. His professionalism, experience and trustworthiness made us feel confident and at ease about recommended repairs. Gabriel has been maintaining our ac/heater system for over a year. He does not recommend or try to push additional services or products that are unnecessary. We have used other company's in the past that use this practice. I would definitely use Collins commercial services again for future needs especially if they employ personal like Gabriel who care about there work and customers .

Ryan was absolutely amazing. He fixed a mess up another company did on our sink and refused to repair. He was professional, educated, professional demeanor and look. Too bad this company mainly does commercial. Hopefully they can expand d to residential permanently. We love Ryan. Keep up the great work.
