I was having issues with my kitchen faucet not working and as a mother of 3 growing kids the kitchen sink is utilized none stop. From the moment I came into contact with Collins commercial services I knew I was in good hands. Setting up my appointment was fast and easy. Eric B. showed up with a smile on his face and within 10 mins my faucet was working again! Hands down most friendliest professional group of people I've delt with. Brian From Collins Commercial Services came out to fix a few plumbing issues we had and was extremely punctual, professional, and efficient in getting the jobs done. He was polite and friendly and I highly recommend him for any job that needs fixing.

We discovered the hot water heater leaking late Monday evening. I contacted American Home Shield on-line and received a confirmation from them right away. Collins Commercial Services would send someone to check out the water heater. Brian arrived the next afternoon.
He was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He told us the heater needed to be replaced and he would be back in the morning with a new heater. He arrived promptly as promised and we had hot water flowing before noon. Thank you Brian! We appreciate your hard work.

Collins Commercial Services sent Brian Heavlin to repair my shower faucet which would not turn on the water when the handle was engaged. Brian knew exactly what the problem was, removed the handle and replaced a part in the faucet, and it works fine now. He was vert professional and courteous and I recommend him and his company highly.

Brian was immediately responsive to our call and very flexible with scheduling offering immediate resolution which was not needed. He stopped by the first chance he had to assess the situation, and fixed our leaks on the spot with no follow up needed. Super comfortable service.

We had an emergency leak in our roof and David came out in no time at all and got our problem fixed. Not only did Collins act super professional as a company, but David himself (the tech on site), was clearly a knowledge expert in his field. I trusted him throughout the entire job.
