Had Collins Commercial Services come out today for several plumbing issues in my house. Not only were they on time but Steven, the tech was personable, efficient and professional. He fixed all items in less than 1/2 hour. Will definitely use him and this company in the future. Thank you!

Eric has been to my home a couple of times now and I really like him. He is professional and knowledgeable and explains the problem so I know what he is fixing. He also gave me a few suggestions of future issues. I feel like I can trust him and what needs to be fixed.

I've lived in the valley for 16 years and have had three different plumbing companies over the years. Collins is my fourth and final! They were beyond courteous and helpful from the first phone call all the way to the technicians completing the job. They were kind, professional, personably, on-time, and speedy while being thorough. The technician, Matthew was terrific. It was a entire home water system check up. I have had Collins do some repairs in the past and they have been a pleasure to work with, including scheduling staff.

Chris corrected a list of plumbing problems that come with owning a older home. He cleared out four sluggish drains. He replaced a stem to make a shower run smoothly without dripping. He diagnosed a faucet as being beyond repair and got authorization to get it replaced. He found leaky pipe connections under the sink and replaced parts when they were needed.He fixed a toilet that wouldn't stop running .
He wasn't satisfied with his work until we were completely satisfied. He did a excellent job. In the future if I should have plumbing needs, I'll call Collins Commercial Services and ask for Chris.

This was the second time that Plumbing Technician Gerardo Aguilar arrived at my home. The first was to gather all the information needed to replace my toilet at zero cost to me. The second visit was to remove and replace the toilet. His experience, respectfulness, workmanship and customer service is one of the best that I have seen.
