Same day service with outstanding knowledge about my whole system. They provided pictures of work in the attic that needed to be repaired, but they did the work on the same visit so rescheduling needed. Also provided me a discount for a 3-year service plan.

My exterior a/c unit wasn't working properly. On Sunday morning I called Paragon and within 2hrs I had a tech. at my door. The capacitor had failed. Within an hour Stephen had my unit repaired.

Once again great service. Holiday weekend A/C issues and Paragon responded very quickly. They came out troubleshot and got our system running in no time. Very professional and courteous techs. This is why I won't use any other A/C professionals. Thank you!
