Devin with paragon was so great very informative very fast explained everything in detail answered ALL my questions. Want to request him every time we need service. We also enrolled in their 3 yr program to help prevent any trouble. I would refer them to anyone who needs service they were here within just a few hrs. of requesting help. Can’t say enough good things about Devin and Paragon even the person who I sat up the appointment with. Very happy.

Keola did a complete check of our air conditioner and was honest and detailed with us on what was wrong and stated we needed a completely new air conditioning system. He also was honest in letting us know that their financing company will not finance for mobile homes. I would recommend this business.

Had Paragon do some air duct cleaning due to allergies. Devon was an excellent company representative and was knowledgeable. Didn't attempt to upsell or anything else shady. Service was timely and effective, will likely use them in the future and recommend the company for HVAC duct cleaning.

My tech was Devan. He was absolutely the best. From the moment he arrived he was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He took before and after pictures and explained in detail how the issue was to be resolved. I will definitely use Paragon again. More importantly I will request to have Devan be the person to service my unit.

Devon has a positive attitude and made us feel like we were family. He answered all our questions and let me tag along to see what he was exactly doing. He explained everything he was going to do and and reviewed and took pictures of our system. I will be using Paragon in the future.

Company is one of few that charges for quotes and is unwilling to offer any information on pricing prior that would allow for an educated decision. Receptionist was friendly and polite, unfortunately that was the extent of the positive experience.
