Paragon Service Pros Heating and Air Conditioning

I've had several HVAC companies come out but Paragon has been the best. I'm some what of a do-it-yourselfer and they would give me advise on smaller tasks without charging. I'll let them handle the big stuff like my condensing coil. Great experience all around!

Paragon Service Pros came out to our rental with in 2 hours of our call at 6 pm. Notified that we needed a new unit due to some major issues with the unit. Had new unit on by 2 pm the next day. Renters very happy and so were we with this above and beyond service. I would Highly recommend them.

Keola was very thorough, professional, and helpful. Paragon responded out on Labor Day and got our system up and running quickly! I’m so thankful for Paragon (and Keola) to making my day a nice cool one!

940pm on a Friday and Keola was here just after 10pm. And it was fixed by 1045. And reasonable price. And no extra for an after hours call. All the boxes checked. Highly recommend. Now on their 2x year checkup plan.

Chad and his team were very friendly and professional. They are a truthful company and genuinely care about their customers. I had been looking for a good quality duct cleaning service for almost a year and I would use no one other than Paragon in the future. They also left the house clean which was impressive!

I'm sure glad my son took a look after they left. Parragon told us $10k to replace. Just shined a flashlight and said it was shot. Well my son found the burnt wires. We ended up paying for 2 window units to hold us up. But after my son fixed it with one part! $50 verses 10K and 2 window units. I think i should get my money back Paragon. 😒

My AC unit stopped cooling yesterday late evening. Chad and Devon came to my home promptly after booking. They identified the issue efficiently and explained everything to me in great detail.
