Paragon Service Pros Heating and Air Conditioning

Our system went out and we were in desperate need of repair. The company we were initially referred to could not make it out for three days when it is already in the 90’s here… Thankfully, I came across Paragon as a referral in our community page who came out, diagnosed the problem, and completed the repair with the system blowing cold air again, all in under two hours from my initial call this morning. They lived up to the hype, and are now our HVAC people - Thank you, Paragon!

AC maintenance. Brett was very helpful explaining what he was going to do and offered service that would improve our ac performance. He was great explaining everything. Professional, knowable, helpful. I highly recommend this company and if you use their service hopefully you are lucky as I was and get Brett on your service call

Edit 6/23: We had them out when the AC wasn't keeping up with demand, and even though it was after-hours, same day, they have a low service call fee. Found the problem right away and fixed it in no time. Thanks Paragon! You are my #1 HVAC company!

Paragon was on the ball when I called needing service for a thermostat that stopped working. Even though it was fairly obvious what the problem was, the tech did a thorough inspection of the system. They were honest, and gave me a few options for replacing the thermostat. When he came back to install the new one, he waited for me to get it hooked up to wi-fi, and made sure the system was working, even checking the temp coming from the register. In a day when good customer service is hard to find they knocked it out of the park. Chad is extremely knowledgeable about HVAC systems, he is super friendly, and made me feel like I was inviting a friend into my home. They are my only call next time I need service, and I look forward to referring them to my clients.

I called at 7:20 am with a non working AC. Keola from Paragon had us back in cool air by 9:45. Highly recommended.

Amazing company!! Keola, Brennan, Devan, and one other tech (didn't get his name, sorry!) all did phenomenal jobs when they came out to install our new unit and cleaned our ducts and vents. Everyone was thorough, highly efficient, accommodating, very professional and honest. They had everything timed perfectly which was quite impressive lol Communication was made quick and easy thanks to Julia and Nicole. They answered all of our questions, addressed all of our concerns and were able to schedule us quickly. We can't say enough good things about this company. They are our go-to AC company and will not recommend anyone else. Thank you guys!
