Awesome company! AC went down at 7pm… Tried the do it yourself repair approach and after 2 hours still had no cold air.. Contacted this company around 9:15. Had a guy at my house by 9:45. Honest and fast, had the problem diagnosed in 5 minutes. Repaired and cold air blowing in 30. Couldn’t be happier! :)

Wow, the service here is amazing!!! After calling like 10 places with only 1 person answering and wanting to charge an arm and a leg for an emergency service for AC repair I gave Paragon a call and that was the best thing I could've done! Didn't break the bank with them!!! Came out at first saying they would be here within the first 2 hours and ended up here at my house within 30 minutes!! Keola, the technician was really helpful, fast and nice person. I'm not the leave a review kind of person but they really deserve this one!!!!

Fast response and quick service . The tech Keola came with in 30 minutes after I had called their office . He was very professional and respectful and recommended preventive programs they offer.
My repair was simple and quick but the pricing was too costly more than expected. I just move forward with the repairs because other companies will take 4 weeks out to repair the issue with my unit. Thank you for your services!

12-17-22. Devan Where is the man of the hour. He came out and did such a great job. Took videos to show me what the issues were so I could see for myself. It feels so good to be able to trust a company and now I’m in good hands.

Keola is a man of integrity and character. I really felt like I could trust his recommendations. He got out here so fast. He walked me through what he was fixing and showed me the issues. I really appreciated everything about their service

Came home from vacation to a warm house. Went online this morning to schedule an appointment for tomorrow (what they showed available). They ended up calling within 2 hours and got someone to my home shortly after. Keola came to service my home, he was fast and very professional.

When my wife and I came back into town we found one of our a/c units had stopped working. I called Paragon on Sunday evening around 10pm and they arranged for a technician to visit first thing in the morning. Our technician, Devan, called and gathered info around 7:30am, was at our place promptly at 8am, and within 25 minutes he had diagnosed and repaired the issue. Excellent service and would recommend.

My AV stopped working. When others were too busy to answer, they picked up, scheduled me in very quickly and we're helpful. They were efficient, good value and got my air running quickly on a very hot day. I was very impressed.

The technicians were on time with a text letting me know when they were 30 minutes out so I could get my dogs outside and taken care of. They introduced themselves and explained what they were doing and why. I told them that they did not have to reinstall the vents, that I needed to clean and possibly have to paint them; they said not to worry they would take care of the cleaning of the vents and assured me the would look.good. Not only did the clean them they made them look.new. The techs let me tag along while they went to work. Both of them were very friendly and worked getting everything set up to clean the ducts. They efficiently worked as a team and though I had not requested having my dryer vent cleaned when I ask if they could include that service they told me no problem. There have been times when having some service performed and something is found that needs attention and have asked if that worked could be added only to have gotten the feeling that what I asked to be done was the greatest imposition ever. These guys made me feel like they were more than happy to take care of me. This is what customer service is all about. I will use this service agian they are truly a company that is intent to take care of their customers no matter what it takes.

I had a great experience working with Paragon Service Pros. A/C was not blowing cold air. When I called, I was greeted with a pleasant and concerned person. They were able to schedule a service on same day. Technician, Chad, was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The problem was quickly diagnosed. Freon completely leaked out due to poor install on a 2 1/2 year old system. Chad took pictures and video of the area that was leaking. These pictures were sent to us along with a
our invoice. Although they didn't have part available for the fix on hand, the technician left and obtained the part and returned later in the afternoon and had our system up and running before dinner. It was an expensive repair but nothing unexpected given the type of repair that was needed.

Excellent in every way! On time, informative, friendly, considerate of my home. Would highly recommend!
