Devan showed up 30 Minutes after I called for help. My unit was old and were beyond repair. He was super, professional even though it was it was a night time call. How good? New system being installed within 24 hours Brennan is doing installation. Great people to call when that AC suddenly stops even after hours.

This company is the best A/C company I have ever used, every person who I talked with was very friendly and professional. I called early Sunday morning and a technician arrived in 45 minutes after my phone call, my A/C was fixed quickly and the price was very reasonable. Paragon contacted me toward the end of October recommending a maintenance check up for my system, and offered a discount on this service. As a mom, my brain can barely keep track of everything so I really appreciated them reaching out to me and reminding me that it was time for a check up. Devan arrived on time and was very professional and courteous, even trying to be quite while he worked to avoid waking my baby up from her nap. He went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of and explained things as he went so I k ew exactly what he was doing and what services were needed on my system. We love Paragon and won’t ever use anyone else!

Great experience! They came out very fast, technician Devon was awesome - he diagnosed our system and had it back up and running w/in an hour. We will definitely use them again and recommend them to our family and friends.

Devan and Brennan did an excellent job!!! They were on time and very professional. They took the time to explain what they were doing and why as well as tips on how to maintain moving forward. It was nice to spend time around people that were obviously enthusiastic about their job and definitely took pride in their work! Highly recommend!! Keola came out this morning and was very friendly, professional and informative! We ended up needing a new AC unit and not even two hours later our new AC was delivered and being installed, talk about same day service! So fast and efficient, and you also get text messages with updates along the way! So happy we were referred to them by our neighborhood FB page, and will definitely use them again.

Woke up this morning with air conditioning running and the inside temperature was 87 degrees.
Called my home warranty company and no one could make it before Monday afternoon.
I am now sitting in my cool home thanks to paragon coming out within the hour of making the initial call.
