I was able to speak with someone when I called, close to 9pm, she said they could get someone out the next morning. Not only did they show up the next morning, but they showed up a little before 7:30am (sorry, we were still asleep but it was such a great surprise to see the tech!) and had our system back up and running in less than an hour. My dryer vent was severely clogged and impacted because I tried to clean it myself and I actually made it worse. They cleared out all the debris after quite an effort! I'm glad I can rest easy knowing my dryer won't start a fire.

Today Paragon cleaned my air ducts. Their customer service was outstanding. Devon and Brett got the ducts spotless. I can't emphasize enough how pleased I am with their service.

Very kind and professional, from the dispatcher answering my initial call to the HVAC technician. I had called regarding an outside pipe on the second story of my home that had started dripping, and I thought may have been associated with the ac unit. Within less than an hour of my initial call I received a text letting me know they were on their way- for a non emergency call on a Saturday. The technician took the time to explain everything and provide education. We will definitely be using them in the future.

We had a small issue with it just not cooling down. We sent an email thinking they would get back to us the next day. They called us within 3 mins and had someone out at the house in 15 mins. We told them it was fine come. Come the next day as it was 5pm. Still showed and my house is cool again. Amazing customer service!

Arrived on time. Devan diagnosed the trouble with the A/C unit. He quickly and efficiently repaired the problem and even added a part to hopefully extend both units lives. Definitely took the service plan because 350 is so little to have the units checked and running at full efficiency. We're having a party today and Devan saved the day. Can't say enough great things. Our A/C went out on a typical Arizona summer 115 degree day... of course. I called two other A/C Repair companies who gave extended timelines to get our unit repaired. I called Paragon and from the time I hung up the phone, Keola was at my house in less than 30-minutes. He was professional, diagnosed the problem right away, and went over my options to fix the unit. He was honest and I never felt like he was trying to up-sell me on something that wasn't needed. So, if you need someone to come out to your house or business quickly, don't waste your time with other companies!

They are a good and honest HVAC company. Whenever I have needed them they have shown up promptly and each time the technicians have been very professional and courteous. Needed them tonight and Devan R showed up within 30 minutes and addressed our concerns.
