Paragon Service Pros Heating and Air Conditioning

Our AC stopped pumping cold air Sunday morning. I quickly went online and scheduled someone to come out Monday morning. A representative quickly called me to get more details and even offered to get someone out Sunday evening (we were gone, so we couldn't do this, but phenomenal that they even offered). Chad was our tech, super friendly and professional. He called me when he was on his way, and was right on time. He got us back up and running the same day, I cannot thank you enough!!!! Will be using this company for all my future AC needs!

Update: Our house isn't cooling as well as it should be. Called Paragon, they had a tech at my house in under 30 minutes. They keep me informed of tech's arrival via text (all around excellent comm's). Diagnosed issue and will have new parts and install in a few days. In interim, they did what they can to get AC to cool until new parts get in. These guys are the best! Dependable and excellent service.

Very responsive, responsible and professional. My go to for all AC and heating services. When you find a good quality company, you stick with them! Paragon is them!!

After being informed that my compresser was on it's last leg and decideing to replace with new unit. They delivered and installed on same day. It was quite unbelievable.

Over $600 to replace a failed damper motor! The same motor is available on-line for$125. Labor then must be $475 for 30 minutes of work. Plus a trip charge of $59 trip tacked on. . I think this company is extremely high priced!

The technician was great and he explained that he doesn’t set the pricing. I get it.

Seems the owner of Paragon may be overcharging!

My attic started leaking condensation around 8:30pm. I called Paragon & they had someone at my house before 10pm, fixed & done by 10:30. Chad was extremely helpful & professional. Recommend Paragon 10 out of 10.

I called them at 9:15pm on a Friday night. Chad was at my home by 9:45pm SAME night. NO LIE! It was kinda expensive. I wasn’t prepared for that price but you can’t beat that arrive time. Plus he was finished within an hour. My AC went out in my home and needed new parts or something lol. Chad was warm and professional and I was a nervous wreck. Anyway, I definitely will recommend them to anyone and will use their service again.

My neighbor was having a new AC installed by this company and I thought I would ask while they were there if they had time to give my AC unit a checkup to make sure it was working well in preparation for the coming summer heat. Keola was professional and able to answer all of my questions I had when he came back to go over what he found with my unit after the inspection. He said everything looked good on my unit and recommended me that I invest in a compressor saver in order to help extend the life of my 8 year unit/compressor. The price was right and went ahead with his recommendation. I can now feel a little more secure in knowing that I can use my AC this summer and have a less of a chance of it going out. Thanks guys!

The latest service was a new AC system. They had been helping me keep the old one alive, it finally gave up.
I had a few other quotes which were a bit less expensive, but the other companies did not convey confidence or knowledge with their quotes.
