This company is THE BEST A/C company, they fixed my A/C within a few hours, Chad the technician was super friendly and knowledgeable, seriously, best A/C company!! Nicole, scheduled my appointment, she was so nice, even gave me some advice so I wouldn’t inadvertently cause any more issues. Chad, the technician was AWESOME. He was professional, so customer centric (he was so nice to our pup who was super excited to have someone over 😊), super knowledgeable, and fixed our A/C in less than half an hour. He explained exactly what was wrong and what he was going to do to fix it. Everything was digital too, I received a text when Chad was 30 minutes out, when he arrived, and then received my receipt via email. I am totally a loyal customer, and will recommend them to all my friends and family! THANK YOU Paragon Service Pros for fixing our A/C so quickly!

Amazing! I have a home warranty and tried to call them to get assistance with an AC unit that was not cooling. They couldn’t come until 6 days from now. I’m the middle of summer. I’m Phoenix. Where is 105-110 outside every day. I called Paragon and they were at my house within 30 minutes of my call. Super friendly. Super accommodating. They have a good deal on a 3-year service plan for tune-ups that gives you discounts on any future issues. All-around very pleased.

Pleased with our experience with Paragon. The AC had stopped cooling the house on a Friday and our home warranty could not respond till Monday. Devan came out within an hour after we called. He was super informative as well as thorough with explanation of what was the issue and cost. Had our AC running in an hour. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
