I called them at 5:30pm and they were there by 8 pm, my tenants really appreciated the fast service, especially since the asoutdoor temp was 110 deg And the house was 85 deg.

They tried to charge $550 to install a condenser fan motor and cap. I found the parts for $180 and installed with a friend in less than an hour. I don't have the tools or coolant to charge my AC, so I am glad to have that part of the service call.
