It was great, I called in the morning and was able to get someone to come out the same day. Josh was very easy to talk to he was very thorough with checking for any issues and concerns. He addressed all of his concerns about my AC unit and gave me a break down of what needed to be done and why. The work on the unit was done in no time and my AC was working again. I am very pleased and I like that he took his time and did not rush. Very easy to communicate. This is rare for me to give all stars and a good review. I am very pleased with the service and will use Arcadia Air again and refer to family and friends. Thank you for your time.
Josh H. and Arcadia Air are amazing! Our AC went out and they answered their phone at 6am and sent Josh by 9am (on a holiday weekend nonetheless). Josh is a Super Hero! He is knowledgeable, personable, patient with my multiple questions and described things in layman's terms so I could understand. He got the unit up and running, took videos to show me issues in the attic he fixed, took me outside to explain the outdoor unit and what I should keep an eye on for the future. “Amazing” isn’t even a good enough word to describe him! Plus he was honest and saved us literally thousands. My (now) old service company came out the day before and told us our 10 year old unit needed completely replaced, which I knew was not accurate but was typical of how that company does business and has been treating us for 10 years. I’m so glad I found Josh and Arcadia Air as my new service provider and I recommend and urge everyone to consider this honest company as their new AC provider! Thank you again!
Very friendly, communicative and responsive from start to finish! We initially called another AC company that claimed to be 24/7 at 9pm when our AC went out. My call went to a grumpy operator that said they would call me to schedule at 8am when they opened. I called Arcadia right after - talked to someone that actually worked in the company - and was told someone could come out that night. We ultimately chose to wait until the morning and had Josh come out to work with us. He was efficient and transparent in what needed to get done to make our AC work. He didn’t push a new AC on us, which was great! Very happy with this company.

Jimmy was the only person to call back prior to business hours out of 10 companies and was able to send someone out same day within 3 hours on a holiday weekend. I received a mini bio via text about the person coming to my home to provide the service which I appreciated. Sean provided the service, he was friendly and professional. He was efficient in providing the service and was able to resolve the issue same day. I will continue to use them in the future.

Explained what they were seeing in detail, gave a quote, and did the work very quick (changed a compressor and cleaned the AC unit outside). Recommended another possible replacement depending on how things hold up. Great service!

My a/c quit on a Friday evening, so I Googled for an HVAC company that had 24° response—hoping to get an appointment for the next morning. I tried Arcadia as it is local and not a huge chain. The phone was answered by a friendly and understanding woman who got me set up for Saturday morning. The technician arrived a little later than the window of time, but touched base via text message to let me know. He was quick, thorough, got my a/c back on track pretty quickly, and was really friendly and easy to work with. It was a great experience and I will definitely use Arcadia in the future. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was the cost; I don’t think they are any more expensive than other companies, I was just hoping for the amount of time spent and the materials used (which I have an idea about because I used to work in apartment management and we ordered those parts for our maintenance guy to use) it would be a bit lower than the competition. I can’t fault them for the market rate, though, and the service was awesome—especially for a weekend!

Their on-call technician, Josh, was busy with another job, so the owner, Jimmy, came out right away himself at 10 o'clock on a Sunday night. That's dedication! The issue was diagnosed, and a part was needed to make the repair. Josh came out the next morning to replace the necessary part and the AC is blowing cold air again. Josh was friendly and professional. All of this was done promptly and at a reasonable cost. I will be using this company going forward for any AC related issues. Thank you for being honest, prompt and fair Arcadia Air!
I’m a realtor who’s under contract in the middle of our inspection period for my clients at a home out in fountain hills. I called the owner Jimmy and he got his lead tech Manny out with such short notice (next day), and he is so informative, detailed, and thorough, I truly felt empowered with information after he left and made me look great with my buyers! Very impressed with his knowledge base and expertise! They are reasonably priced, great with educating the consumer and I just can’t recommend this locally owned company enough!
