Had our AC breakdown on Sunday evening, called 10 companies and no one could lend us a hand. We had a little one at home and the thought of finding a last minute hotel right before bed time sounded terrifying.

We called Arcadia AC. They were kind, understanding, professional and helped us within an hour! No crazy prices, not salesy at all.

My air conditioner broke down on a Sunday afternoon. A friend referred me to Arcadia Air. That same evening Arcadia Air came to my home and diagnosed the problem. And the following day Arcadia Air was at my house with a crane and installed a new HVAC system on my roof. Talk about a quick response. Later that week Arcadia Air checked in with me to ensure everything was running smoothly. I appreciated the most, starting from my inquiry phone call to after the installation, that Arcadia Air stood behind their customer satisfaction guarantee.

Arcadia air did a great job installing my HVAC unit last week. Gid was also great he did an amazing job making sure I was happy with the work they did.

Highly recommend this company. Arrived 8 am sharp, and had old unit out after a bit of work. Our attic is not ac repairman friendly, but they got it done. After one month of window units, Home was cool in minutes. They even replaced our old return vent cover. The old one was an eyesore. James Browne was polite and cheerful. His workers stayed on task and took care of business.. An AC unit in a home is a big expense, so picking this Company was a great choice. AND THEY BEAT MY OTHER QUOTES BY CLOSE 2K. THANKS GUYS , GREAT JOB!
