Jimmy told me exactly what was going on just by reading my text and I was able to get it fixed right away. He might not be a rapper, but he definitely knows HVAC!

Jimmy was amazing coming out on a Sunday morning to fix my A/C. I called and was able to get in contact with someone right away. Jimmy and his crew at Arcadia Air took on a mess that two other companies could not get right. It is never easy to come in and fix someone else's mistakes but Arcadia did and they did it perfectly! I was very impressed with Arcadia Air, my air conditioning went out on a Saturday on the hottest weekend of the year. After a couple companies were unable to get on my roof due to the height, Arcadia Air was recommended. With only 1 call on a Monday night at 9pm I was able to get ahold of customer service and Mark was at my house by 10:30pm. Mark was awesome, he was able to get on the roof with the same length ladder as the other companies that weren't. He was very friendly and knew right away what the issue was and he fixed it in a matter of no time. I will definitely use Arcadia Air again! Great customer service, great response time, great quality of work!

My air conditioner in my condo started blowing luke warm air. I'm so glad I found Arcadia Air! Jimmy came out and was so professional and helpful! He arrived on time and diagnosed the problem immediately! My AC unit had blown a fuse and Jimmy replaced it. It was wonderful to have cold air in my condo again! He is so knowledgeable about AC units which I really appreciated! Jimmy is very polite and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Arcadia Air! Susie
