This is a great company - I had an issue they came out the next day, diagnosed and repaired all in three days! They are knowledgeable, professional and can get the job done and done well!! Company is the best! I've had my AC unit for years and it finally went out. I called around, but none of them could help me as well as this company. They were able to come out on the same day, and they fixed my unit in no time. They also did a few other little things for me that I didn't even realize I needed like installing a thermostat that would allow me to control the temperature from my phone! I highly recommend them!

The men who did the work were very professional. When they brought in their equipment, they covered my floors with a couple of cloths to keep my floor clean and not get scratched. They covered the clothes in my closet, as this where the attic access was for the insulation and duct work. I would definitely recommend Instant Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.

I had been worried if I could get the right company to give the contract, since it was the first time my Air Conditioner failed to function. I had the opportunity of working with Instant Air Conditioning & Refrigeration today and I was very pleased with my experience. The tech assigned to me was very friendly, honest and professional. When I called to have a tech come out I was called within 10 minutes letting me know someone was on their way. Henry was great!!! He explained my options and also told me how I could save on getting a new furnace installed by taking advantage of the maintenance programs and using the senior discount.
