So thankful for Stuart and his team. We called him on Monday. He was about to come on Tuesday morning around 8:00 am to check out our AC. He diagnosed the problem in a short time. Before noon, he had the new part, Freon put in the unit and AC up and working. So thankful for his timeliness and efficiency with solving our AC needs. Never an upsell when these guys come over. Strategic Hearing and Air Conditioning was great! We had a situation where our air conditioner was blowing hot air at midnight in the middle of extreme weather temps. They were super responsive, reasonably priced to accommodate at midnight and were able to quickly fix the situation. All while keeping a smile on their face. I truly appreciate them coming out and working hard to fix our issue even at midnight.
