James and his team are fantastic!! My a/c went out at the end of August, of course! James came over immediately and assessed the situation and gave me the best quote out of four. I had him install a Trane and have not looked back, it’s a great system. Thanks so much for your professionalism and for working in 105 degree temperatures in the Arizona heat!!

AC went out last week-end, and of course, it was a very stressful situation. I had 3 different AC companies come out and each told me the same thing. Just Air had the best finance option and were willing to meet or beat the price of the competition. One company stated that the "Just Air" price and schedule."would be just cutting corners." I ended up choosing Just Air for the work and they were just awesome. James in the field and Danielle in the office are a great team. I would recommend them to anyone.

I gauge a company many ways, but rarely get the opportunity to see how a company responds to an error. I cannot speak highly enough of the honesty and integrity I encountered using Just Air.

First, my air stopped blowing on a Sunday - wife and kid and pets were facing a 100F day, and my regular company doesn't do service on Sundays. I got a very fast response from Just Air and was lucky to have the closest tech live only a couple of blocks away (who was prompt, polite and helpful)! This made it easy for him to come and go from the house as the diagnosis proceeded.

Turns out my interior coil was completely frozen - a block of ice - which sounds good when it's hot, but not when it blocks your nice frozen air from getting in to the house. After a few hours of thawing, they were finally able to see the problem and got me cleaned up, diagnosed with a likely leak and added refrigerant to address it - and we were left feeling cooler, if not thrilled about a possible expensive leak.

My regular company offered me a courtesy call to come out and check for no charge, and who turns that down? In the few days between, it also climbed up to 115F and the air was really struggling - the differential had fallen to 10F and that doesn't cut it at that temp. After checking it, my other company confirmed Just Air did good work, and could also see how they thought extra refrigerant could be called for, but with some additional time, troubleshooting and the extra high outside temps which gave them more data - that extra was actually making it harder on the compressor. They drained the extra back out, and back to a 21F delta - ah, cold air.

I probably should have called Just Air to come back and fix it at that point - but I already had people on the roof - so I just informed them of the subsequent work and action - but did not contest their bill and planned on paying it in full. This was when they went the extra mile - with proof of the removal of the refrigerant - they only charged me for the work they should've done! Without me asking for it!

Providing good service is the cornerstone of a business, but taking responsibility and making things right when you make a mistake - that's when you see the true character of a person or business. Kudos to everyone I've interacted with at Just Air, I'm sure I'll be using you again.

Just Air came and serviced one of my rental properties in the Phoenix area at about 8:30 pm and night. My tenant talked with the service guy and determined that we needed start assist kit. If you go online these kits cost $30. The following day to was emailed the invoice which was $535.00 for a service that took under an hour. I called 2 other AC companies and asked how much it would cost for this same service and they said around $200. I talked to James the owner to see if he would make this right and and he told me to F-off. As a business owner myself I don't believe in ripping people off. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Investment property rental was not blowing cold air. Called late Friday evening and they had someone ready Saturday afternoon. James quickly identified the problem and replaced a capacitor. He had to climb up on the 3rd story to reach the condo unit. It was over 105 degrees out and within an hour he had it running. Thanks for coming through on a Saturday!

Thank you guys for restoring my AC in about 1 hour after I called! James came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and in no time our air was working again! It was a little expensive but in your defense I am cheap! Looking at the money you saved us renting a room, I guess we did alright. I really want you to know me and my family appreciate you and your team - we found our heating and cooling company for life!!

James is seriously one of the best at what he does very fair and honest. Very hard to find these days and doesn't try to sell things that aren't needed. I know very little about home Ac units and everything was explained to where I could understand what was going on. Customer service was amazing. Thank you Just Air for not just wanting my money and caring about my family.

Fantastic! I have an older home with an older a/c unit. I need a new unit but can't afford it right now. Well, it went out again and I have a family and just can't wait in the heat for a company to come out until usually the next day. It went out when it was about 110 degrees outside. So I looked at some reviews that said these guys came out quickly and I called.

This guy came out in about an hour! I couldn't believe it. They were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately my unit is so old that they don't make a fan motor for it any more. And that's what I needed. So they made a new universal one work instead of telling me "too bad, you need a new unit". Well, they basically found a way to make it work right, but it had a few issues and they had to come out several more times. THIS WAS NOT THEIR FAULT, they were trying to make it work with the dinosaur I own. I looked at it. Fans just don't fit this way any more. It's a totally different set up. I can't believe he even tried for us.

Every time he came out, he refused to take a payment, even though he deserved it. He even gave me new parts for free to make it work. He just kept saying he wants to keep my business forever. And he will! Any other company would have charged $69 every time they came out. And it would've been justified. This was a rebuild with old junk, not a normal repair. AND each time he came out with in 1-2 hours.

I just couldn't believe it. I haven't seen someone care so much about service and keeping up a good reputation in so long. I wish everyone was like that.
