I got air conditioner service made by Mr. Roger Pippins. Roger performed air conditioning thermostat installation service at my apartment on June 9, 2022. He did professional job installing my thermostat very well. He was neat and pleasant employee, attentive with good customer skills. It is recommended his salary to be raised as his job performance and good constructive and intercommunicative interaction skills are being an example for other employees.

My AC has been causing me problems this summer. Intermittently blowing cool and then hot air. Richard came out first thing in the morning on our scheduled appointment. He diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Didn’t even take my $ when i tried to tip. Thank you Hays! And thank you Richard!

Karl came out to look at my unit. He was on-time honest and did not try to repair the unit and then say I needed a new one. He gave options for repair or replace. He was professional with everything. Went with replace since it was the better choice. Karl contacted Bill to take care of finance the next day. The new unit was installed on time and runs great. Hays has my business since they did not try to sell me an over priced unit. When it is 114 outside in AZ you want an honest company. Recommend to my neighbor already.

Update on review: today I had a quality check to make sure I was happy with my unit. George came out and was great, professional and asked if I had any questions. Unit is running great and place is cool. I have recommend company to a former co worker and one of my bosses . Great job

We have a Hays maintenance agreement that includes an inspection of our air conditioner twice a year. My husband called yesterday and a technician was scheduled for today. Technician called to tell us he was on the way. Knocked on the door to tell us he was here, I heard some footsteps on the roof, then he knocked on the door again to say he was done and everything was fine.

I want everyone know what a great company Hays is. Aaron spent around 7 hours working on my AC. I don't know if you know what a zone unit is, but I have 4 zones and Aaron was very informed of my set-up. He was very nice and informed me of everything he was doing. I would recommend Hays to everyone that needs a honest company. I will not use anyone else. Thank you.

Ideal was our technician today.
He was professional, explained in detail what he was going to do before he started. He also advised not to let the dog/cats out while he was working as if they drank the water from the cleaning it would not be good. When he was done he explained everything and showed all the pictures. Excused himself politely so that I could call you and discuss our options without pressure.

We were referred to Hays by Canyon State A/C. Charlie responded promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. We decided to replace the whole unit and Charlie got it up and running pending the replacement. Mike arrived a day later and analyzed the installation requirements. This was a rooftop (3rd floor) installation and required use of a crane. A few days later, the installation crew arrived promptly and quickly and efficiently completed the installation. The old unit and all debris was removed. The Hays team outperformed our expectations and were courteous and professional during the entire process. Hays price was very competitive and we will assuredly use them for any future needs.

My experience with Hays was overwhelmingly positive in every way. I was in over my head with trying to repair our water softener, and after getting some quotes for the work, I selected Hays and was glad I did. The plumbing technician, Jimmy, was competent and professional. I think (hope?) he respected my attempts to troubleshoot the system on my own and went above and beyond to compete the necessary repairs in an educational and ethical manner. It was refreshing to know I could request him in the future if other plumbing-related issues arise. Receiving a follow-up call from the office later in the day was also a welcome touch of quality and customer service. Excellent experience. Thank you!

The Tech Richard Rustin was very professional he check out our A/C from top to bottom, he informed us on issues with the unit he was very good,
He repaired the drain line that someone else worked on & forgot to seal it.
it was repaired no problem no more leaks on my roof, very honest about the A/C unit also
So in short I would recommend Hays any day Richard treated us well & A/C is in great working condition for a 10 year old unit when it's time to retire this unit these are the ones who will change it out,
