Had a great experience with Omnibus. They came out and installed a replacement compressor in my aging AC unit. Chad is the lead maintenance tech and he was awesome. He was on-time, friendly, and took time to explain things to me. The job was done right! I'll call them the next time my AC goes down.

I am the manager of an Apartment Complex and we used Omni for several years and as of today I will no longer call them the dispatcher was extremely rude and disrespectful. We were lied to by the tech and instead of receiving good customer service I was left with the job of finding a new AC company that knows that a good business has good customer service.

They were professional and honest. Getting a new unit is painful. They really went above and beyond with scheduling and getting it done quick in the blistering middle of summer. Thank you.
