Exceptionally professional. Hays sent Dan, Chad and Stephan to break down my old unit, inside and outside and install my new Trane. They were fast, friendly and efficient. A couple of weeks later, they sent another tech (he was also friendly and professional but can't remember his name) out to completely test the unit to make sure all was well. In the meantime, my other old unit leaked upstairs and a tech named Ideal was sent out and went to great lengths to help get it fixed. All in all, Hays has been wonderful. You pay for what you get, but you get great service and techs that you feel comfortable with, in your home.

The price quoted was very reasonable and fair. The installation team was on time and worked together well. They were very respectful of property and cleaned up before leaving. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs or a new installation.

Needed to replace a 5 ton, 13 years unit with a high efficiency, high seer to save on electric cost. I knew these units are not cheap but got a great price. Aaron came for an estimate and sizing the work, did an excellent job explaining the work needed,costs and benefits. Scheduled with the office the install a few days later. Work was very clean.
Small repairs was made yesterday. Overall great experience, highly recommended.

Hays did a fantastic job with our service water line replacement. This was a tough job and they were able to complete it quickly and professionally. I definitely recommend them. Also if you have a house that is around 15-20 years old, consider getting a warranty for the service water line between the meter and the house. Especially in Mesa where water bills are higher than power bills.

I contacted them to have a water conditioner system installed. They came out in a day and provided a free estimate .
I scheduled work. They were on time. Fast, Efficient and did a great job. When he left, the area was clean .

Jeremy is great! I needed a shower valve replaced so I called in the morning and was scheduled for same day service. The job of getting the old valve out was challenging, but he resolved the issue and replaced the valve. He showed up on time and was courteous. The price I paid was very fair for the work performed. If I have any future plumbing needs I’m calling Hays.

Paul, Russ, Chad, Dan and Stefan are very professional, honest, thorough and passionate about their work. They worked on my A/C, and they did such a great job. If you want GREAT WORK done on your A/C, HAYS is the company for you. Between Jenifer setting you up an appointment to the guys that come to your house, you will receive the best customer service ever! I won't ever use any other company again.

We've been using Hays for years to take care of our two older AC units. Every interaction with the company has been friendly, professional, and very helpful. We're on their maintenance plan and have been very happy with it. Today we called in the late afternoon, and they had a technician out within three hours. Charlie solved the problem quickly, explained our options going forward, and answered all our questions.

Roger did a wonderful job, was very polite and informative.
