Ideal did a great job on replacing our ac unit as well as some maintenance work on it I would definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs repair’s replacements etc definitely satisfied with the customer service we received today!

Charlie was prompt, highly skilled and performed the repairs in the same day! this was a leaking coil, not an easy repair in my rooftop unit. he replaced the coil, tested, serviced and completed in one day, and that included having to travel across the valley to get the needed parts. all in all, extremely satisfied with company response and action, from the initial phone call (thanks Kathy) to completed.

Nick from Hays Cooling Heating & Plumbing is a rock star! The valves for the hot and cold water on my washer disintegrated when I went to install a new washer. No way to replace on my own, so I asked a plumber I knew (retired) who he recommended. Hays. No question. They arrived on time and with all tools to fix in less than 30 minutes. Amazing. Top notch workmanship, and even tried to save me the emergency fee with a fix over the phone that might have worked, but sadly didn’t in my situation. So glad I called Hays!

2 units Variable heat pump Installation. Aaron Hoberg was very knowledgeable of the systems and their application to my home.
The teams were on time. They were very neat (tidy) friendly and courteous.

Josh, the Hays technician, was phenomenal. He was performing the one year maintenance on the units we had installed last October. He had to track down a small refrigerant leak, found it, repaired it and added the missing refrigerant. Had he not followed up on the small leak, we could have some serious compressor damage next summer!! Thanks again to Josh and HAYS for an excellent job.

The service tech came out to service my heating units was efficient, professional, and his name was Ideal. Prior services the people did very good jobs, am happy with Hayes.

I run construction projects for a living, so my expectations for vendors/contractors are extremely high. I did a big remodel on my house, and it required moving one AC unit to the opposite side of the house to replace an older unit, then install a new unit on the main house and red-duct almost the entire home- so it was a really big job overall. I had used a previous contractor for my HVAC work, but wasn't entirely happy with them, so I had several other vendors over to the house to look at the job and give me estimates. Hands down I was impressed with the rep from Hay's (Aaron), as he spent several hours looking at the job in great detail, asked great questions, and with no-doubt I knew he understood exactly what the job was. He followed up with a very accurate quote describing the work to be done, and I decided to move forward with them on the project. BEST DECISION EVER!

The entire installation team was totally professional, easy to talk with, had great communication throughout the project, kept things clean along the way, and knocked the job out in 3 days. Never once an issue, we worked through several little changes without asking for more money, and I couldn't be happier with the final product.

HIGHLY RECOMMED! They will be the only one I ever call for my HVAC needs.
