My technician, Ideal, serviced my unit today. He showed up on time, was extremely professional and very thorough. He was patient with me and answered all of my questions. I definitely felt like my unit had been serviced to it's very best!

The best company to work with. I had a hose bib replaced and went ahead with payment even though I thought the cost was high. I contacted the owner and he immediately credited back to my account a good portion of the amount I paid for the work. He actually let me pick the refund amount. In addition he got a stucco contractor to repair the stucco which had to be removed to replace the hose bib on the outside wall of my house. At HIS cost. During all this the owner kept in contact with me to make sure the credit to my bank and the stucco work was being done. He was very professional and really did care about customer satisfaction.. who does that in today’s world!!?? Hays did what companies used to do in the past but do not anymore. It was SOOOOO refreshing to work with Hays. With Hays it was not a numbers game or profit margin. It was about complete customer satisfaction. They deserve a 10 star rating! Thanks Hays!

We called Hays for our yearly AC check up before turning on the air - they are responsive, on time, friendly to work with. Tim Andersen was the boss. He was informative, explained everything in a way we could understand and super friendly. We will continue to use Hays and will be asking for Tim in the future.

Robert was thorough with taking the time necessary to address our issues with our HVAC system gave us his professional opinion on our options without trying to upsell us. We will continue to use this service!

First off we are renters and have no idea about the value. That being said, we had a 7-9am window and Sam arrived promptly just after 7am. We also received a call from the office confirming thst Sam was on his way. He came to do an AC tune up. He was very polite, professional, and took about two hours to complete the call. He was very thorough. The unit is very old and he could have easily said it needed repair and we wouldn't have been the wiser. He cleaned up after himself and I appreciated the fact the he locked my gate when he left as I hobble with a cane. Good experience from the beginning, would definitely suggest to the landlord to keep using them and recommend to neighbors.

My two Trane air conditioning units was serviced by technician Ideal today. He was very professional, knowledgeable and detail oriented. I would highly recommend him and Hays cooling for all your service needs!

I've been a customer of Hayes for about 5 years now. If they weren't a solid company with good people I'd have found a different AC company to deal with by now. Every time they come out they're on-time and professional. The technicians have all been knowledgable and seem honest. I've never felt like they've tried to do unnecessary repairs or up-sell me. They seem to realize how expensive life can be (especially when you have AC problems) and they do their part in helping out their customers to keep costs down but still do quality repairs and installs. So far so good with Hayes. I'm very pleased with Hayes.

Update. They sold me a service program. What a rip off. Your supposed to get 15 percent off. Well they are 65 percent higher than 4 other companies. Don't do the service plan and call someone else, anyone else. You will save money. Point 2. Had an emergency while on the plan that is supposed to help save money, called them, didn't ask price and the rep ripped me off so bad. He was rude and no apathy. All the other quotes I got for the same work was 200 less on average.

A/C fan stopped spinning in the middle of the night...called Hays at 7 am...had a most professional mech, Jerry arrive by 9:45 ish...ran a few tests...no voltage thru compac. Switch...replaced and installed new Nest thermostat, upon request...Always timely, professional...trust this company...my Go-To for all my HVAC needs...Thank you!

Jack. Z. from Hays Cooling Heating & Plumbing was very professional and also very personable. He came out in the peak of summer. Literally 118 degrees out and gave me a straight forward, no nonense estimate on replacing my failing 16 year old heat pump. The installers from Hays did a great job. It was installed quickly and cleanly. I even got a new air filter return which was a much needed upgrade from the original. The new unit has improved the comfort level of my home and my utility bill even when down a bit. I highly recommend this company.
