Hays Cooling, Heating & Plumbing

Our shower hot and cold handles were leaking. Austin did a great job with both handles. The cold handle was only leaking, but Austin checked both. We had both replaced but both were old and lot of calcium on them. Austin was very professional, fast and did a excellent job. I will use Hays for my AC and plumbing needs and they do a great job. I would recommend Hays (and Austin) to any need AC or plumbing problems.

My AC went out at midnight on Tuesday. Wednesday morning I got a referral from a friend who advised me to call Hays. They were called at 9 a.m. in the morning and at 4 p.m. that same day, a tech arrived. The tech name is Karl he was very courteous, prompt, informative and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to refer them. Several other companies were called and they stated they could not arrive until Friday mid-morning. Thank you to the management at Hays for running an efficient company.

If I could ga given more than 5 stars I would have. Absolutely the best experience from the first phone call to the installation I couldn’t have been treated and informed every step of the way. On time as promised and every step was explained in detail. I will definitely use and recommend them in the future

We LOVE Hays. They have excellent service and are always available. We bought our Trane Heat Pump from therm. To keep our unit working correctly we have two preventative maintenance services a year at a VERY reasonable cost. Recently when we thought we had an issue, Tech Richard Rustin came out and did an extensive look to see if the concerns we had about recent unit behaviors was typical or a problem. Everything was fine, but Richards due diligence was amazing.

Thank you so much! Called Hays when realized had a situation that was not going to correct itself. Within an hour, Roger was here and working on roof at 111 degrees! He found the concern, and made sure was fixed today. I have three pets inside and we are all thankful for what was done to get cool air indoors. Very grateful!! I am so happy with my Hays experience(s). Had a clog in my line and my A/C was dripping water out of the ceiling!!! “Ideal” came to my rescue and had it fixed in no time. He was courteous, professional and explained to me what needed to be fixed. Excellent service! Thank you Ideal!!

The Hays tech, Ideal showed up on time and what a great employee. He checked the attic, the heating and cooling registry and then the outside pump. He was efficient and friendly. All our questions were answered and the service was great. I hope to get him
