Carlos was on time, professional, and serviced our RO water filter system within 30 minutes. Also, the folks that answer their phones are friendly and professional as well. I'm glad I have a system through this company. Highly recommend them.👍

George, the AC technician, was knowledgeable, professional and polite. We have used this business in the past to install our water softener. We are always happy with the service we receive from them. Glad to do business with a local company who takes care of their customers with integrity!

I needed my reverse osmosis system installed in my new home. It was a challenging hookup but they worked to make it happen!! So appreciated their great customer service & the quality of work. Would highly recommend them.

Our annual service of the RO water system was done a few days ago. Higi was our service technician. It's so rare nowadays to receive such great service, I just had to write this review. Higi was phenomenal! He was like a machine cleaning and changing out the filters. Totally focused on the work; no nonsense; very professional. When he was finished he explained what I needed to do to check for leaks (there were none) and cleaned up after himself. To the management of American Home Water - I hope you're paying this guy top dollar because you have a really great one. I wish MY customer service reps were this good!

Louis came out to change the water filters in my RO system. The customer service was great. They were very professional, wiped their shoes on the door mat, wore masks, and used manners. Louis was knowledgeable and kind enough to answer all of my questions while also training "The New Guy". I have already recommended this service to my family and friends.

I had our R/O system upgraded. It runs perfectly and water tastes good. The technician was on time, efficient and explained everything. I have the American Home Water softener installed several years ago at my current home and previous home and it works flawlessly. I highly recommend this company for anyone’s water needs.

We have used AHW every year for our RO filter change. The initial install of our system was 7 years ago and we have been very happy with this company. They are very knowledgeable and come to the appointment on time. Jose was very friendly and he found a pressure problem with the tank (7 year old tank) and changed it in a matter of minutes. Would highly recommend anyone looking for a RO system to use this company. The water is delicious!!

This is the second time I have used American Water & Air. My experiences have both been excellent- reasonable pricing, outstanding service, and great communication. Would not hesitate to use them again. Their technician Higi is a gem!
