American Home Water and Air

We purchased an Alkaline RO system from American Home Water & Air back in 2020. The system has worked really well for us and we haven’t had any issues with the equipment.

We had the annual service performed today. Higi came out for the service and he was AWESOME! Very professional, kind and knowledgeable. There were ZERO sales tactics or pressure. The whole appointment was easy, quick and we would 100% recommend American Home Water and Air (and especially Higi)

Side note: Getting ahold of the main office with questions and to schedule appointments has always been easy. Their communication is fantastic and they keep you updated about the appointment and when the technician is on the way out. All around excellent service!

Company did the annual replacement of filters on our RO system. I have been with this company for many years and they installed the system. I have always received great service from them. While all my interactions over the years have been good, this time was exceptional. Rich is the ultimate professional with a lot of expertise. By far the best serviceman I have encountered with this company.

We used American Home Water & Air in 2017 and again today. The service is STILL excellent and professional. We had our RO system repaired and 5 stage filter change. Louis was able to install a faucet as well. All of the work took less than an hour and they made sure to clean up afterwards and tested everything before they left. Will continue to use American Home in the future! Great work guys!

The company came out to do a bud in a new water softener that was in home hot 14 years prior from American themselves. The price was so good after explanation of repair vs new water softener I was amazed! Then inquiring about a R/O water system as well the deal turned into a combo with softener and R/O installation👍🏻 The price was about $2-3,000 less than all the competitors for the exact same thing👌🏻 My service technician Gerardo, was very knowledgeable, honest, friendly and hard working. He was able to complete everything in less than 2.5 hours total. Gerardo was very informative post installation so I could complete the necessary steps for the water treatment completion for draining the water. The American Home Water snd Air has an unbelievable warranty on their products as well. I am soo pleased I used them for my products based on price, knowledge and service. I will recommend them to everyone I know here out as well. What a spectacular company in business🤩

I reached out to AHW&A on a Thursday morning, they had an estimator to my place that day and came to install 2 days later. I am more than pleased with their customer service and technicians. From start to finish it was a positive experience. The install went smoothly, they had a 5 man team for my job and got it done quickly. The guys answered every question I had and most importantly they got AC to the house. I had contacted 4 companies and this was the most responsive and quickest to schedule me. Their estimate was comparable to other quotes I got for the work. I plan on using them again in the near future to replace my 5 ton unit as well. I should also mention that I was referred to this company by a family member who also had a 5 star experience with their install.

Higi did excellent work and explained soft water installation in great detail. After installation he explained all that I needed to do to change filters correctly. Higi was very helpful.
